Why not just ask Claude?

Your coding agent’s knowledge stops at its training date. StackPrism checks against today.

Your coding agent, on its own

Pick a stack for my booking app. Users are in the EU.

Go with Next.js 14.1 on Node 18, PostgreSQL 14 on AWS us-east-1, and Clerk for auth.

Sounds right. It’s what the model saw in training.

Health on every node. What to fix, most urgent first.

What it checks

Known vulnerabilities
CVEs in your pinned versions, exploited ones first.
Provider outages
Vercel, Stripe, Supabase, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure and more.
End of life
Runtimes, databases and Docker images near end of support.
Outdated versions
Packages a release behind, and unpinned images.
Licence risk
SSPL, BUSL and similar, with an open alternative.
Unmaintained projects
Archived repos, deprecated packages, long-silent projects.

Linked repos are re-checked every day, and you get an alert in the app when something new turns red.

Questions

Who is it for?

People building with coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor or Codex who want the stack chosen and checked before the agent starts, and small teams who want one current picture of the stack they run.

How does my coding agent use it?

Two ways. Copy the build brief into your project as a file the agent reads, or connect Claude Code, Cursor or Codex over MCP, so the agent can read your stack and its health while it works. Setup steps

Do you store my code?

No. A scan reads your manifests and config, passes them to our AI provider to draw the diagram, and keeps only the diagram and the commit it came from. We never write to your repo.

What do the health checks cover, and how often?

Stack Pulse, the health check, looks at vulnerabilities, outages, end-of-life dates, outdated or unmaintained packages and licence risk, from public sources like OSV.dev, CISA and vendor status pages. It runs whenever you open a diagram, and on Pro linked repos are re-checked daily. Vulnerability scanning needs a linked repo, because that’s where the exact versions live.

Do I need an account?

To design or map your own stack, yes: a free one, one click with Google. No credit card. The example stacks are open to everyone: explore one, open it in the editor and watch the health checks run, all without an account.

What does the free plan include?

Every core feature, including a daily re-check of linked repos with in-app alerts. The AI parts share a monthly allowance, roughly 25 stack designs, that resets on the 1st. Pro adds auto-sync for linked repos, 10× the allowance, file uploads, export and migration plans.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, from the billing page. Ask within 7 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it. Details are in the terms.

Start with an idea or a repo.

Either way your coding agent gets a plan built on today’s data, and the map keeps checking it.
